This new website works just like Travelocity, Cheap tickets, Expedia, Hotwire, etc. The difference is the automatically built in 5% commission, which is regulated by law, will help NASCOE. The website will give NASCOE 40% of the automatically built in 5% commission.
So, just think how much that could help. A membership increase would not have to be discussed.
